Jeff,

Great post! I can definitely relate to it. I retired early at 55 because of my profits in Iomega and still have a sinful amount of shares which will double in number on Dec. 22. I started buying big in June of 1995 after successfully using Iomega's Bernoulli drives on a highly classified program at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis.

I'm not about to sell any more shares for at least 3-5 years. Will never daytrade but might start selling some covered calls if I think my underlying stock won't be taken from me.

p.s. I have an external Jaz drive and a PP Zip drive. I now backup my entire 1 Mb "C" drive partition on a Jaz disk with the aid of Drive Image, a new product from Powerquest.
