I took it to mean that since corporations pay income tax. Dividends and the like distributed from whatever money they have left are considered by some double taxation when the recipient pays income tax on those distributions. So, then, when employees pay income tax on what is distributed to them in the form of wages, that would also be double taxation.

Dunno if that's what he meant or if it's valid. That's just what I thought was intended.
