Dipping into customer's segregated funds is THE biggest violation in the securities industry. The second that those funds were not back into those accounts by the close of business that day, Corzine was felonious. I haven't read the RS article but I doubt that Romney has committed any felonies.

hell, teevee, you make it too easy. your top-of-the-head knowledge should have instantly known corzine is guilty under sarbanes-oxley. see how useless that waste-of-time-and-money law is when it is not enforced by the current justice department?
