Roanoke College Poll: Obama opens significant lead over Romney; Kaine outpolls Allen in Senate race

roanoke.edu

Nevada

Nevada’s race for president can’t be considered close (although it’s not over, either), but the race for U.S. Senate is among the tightest we’ve seen lately. Incumbent Republican Dean Heller is said to be running a textbook race against Democrat U.S. Rep. Shelley Berkley, who has been under a cloud from an ethics investigation. Still, Nevada has been leaning left lately, so Berkley is nipping at Heller’s heels and most believe it will be a race to the wire:

It also was unlikely to wear well with viewers of their first debate on Sept. 20, many of whom remarked that Brown was too hot-headed in that encounter. Both occasions have fueled questions about Brown’s true temperament, and whether his carefully honed nice-guy, everyman image is just that, an image

Its amazing to me that MA voters seem to be having trouble picking up who he is. He has has such a sneering, condescending attitude around Warren.......just like a hi school frat boy who is both intimidated by her but condescending nonetheless because he thinks he's superior.

Of course, it wasn't cool when she did a face palm after he said Scalia was his favorite justice. She should have played that one straight...........I think showed her inexperience in that limelight.

Then again, why are MA voters considering a guy who likes Scalia. UGH!

Thanks for the links.

MA is a college state and I wonder how the professors and students will take that reprimand from Brown. Warren is om the right track in trying to hammer home the idea that it is not about Brown's likeability but about the Senate majority.
