You assume I care what the state tax is.
Nothing happens in a vacuum.

I assume you're all for Prop 30 while at the same time supporting Obama's war on income above $250K.

Both together is going to put even more pressure on the upper-middle class, and the rich will still dodge these taxes.

The unintended consequence of higher income taxes is that you end up destroying the middle class.
