I am happy to see OZON recruit an executive with such a strong contact base. I have been in Sales/Marketing for 23 years and I have always made more money from people I know. The only downside I see is, if OZON was already contacting food processing companies, they must have been getting a cold shoulder. Otherwise, they wouldn't need to hire a heavy wait to close the deals. If this is the case, then "Huge Contracts" will take longer than you think. The reason being, any new customer will test small first. Then they must study the results and make their decisions regarding expanding the service. When they expand their service, then "Huge Contracts" would be appropriate. Good luck to all.....John
