Shorts are tenacious buggers. They prolly have a few more tricks up their sleeves, also. (nasty articles, smear campaigns, instigating more investigations, and the like) However, I cannot vouch for the co., as to whether they broke, bent, spindled, or mutilated any laws/rules/regs. And, prior to the push down/pull back/beat down, the p/e was quite high. It seems a lot more reasonable, now. There is that enlarged share buy back program, to help support the pps. Best, S.
