Kim, I think James brings up a good point about "newcomers." It's part of what I've been saying all along. As Naxos continues to generate interest in the investment community, more folks will want to know the meaning behind such esoteric language, such as "COC." Since COC is such an important consideration in all our Company communications efforts, I would recommend including some kind of blurb about it as a boilerplate at the bottom of every news release.

Your scrawl is a good start: "COC is used to prove that no tampering has occurred. Those parties that carry out the COC go to great lengths to protect their credibility by taking extensive precautions. Naxos believes and welcomes these stringent precautions to add evidence to the theory of the Franklin Lake material."

Just my very humble opinion.
