As I said, I have no idea why the AG has not prosecuted, but I speculate that it's because Corzine is a crony of Obama's and this is his reward.

But the facts are clear. He should have been indicted for SEC and SOX compliance violations, at the very least. Whether he would have been found guilty is another story, but the factual evidence far surpasses the threshold for indictment. The AG could have and should have indicted, but chose not to. Why he chose not to is pure speculation, but we all know that he should have. The law was on his side.

And this is the problem I have with Obama and Holder. They aren't even trying to prosecute these criminals. THey are leaving it to the civil courts. That's a dereliction of duty.
