Cary, I believe the reason why they can make more money now is
due to the new aquisitions... the aquisition in California is supposed
to add 4MM in revenue all by itself. They also have this new finance
division.

As to Robert at World Vision... he's a nice guy, but had to go and get
all of the answers to my questions and then call me back. He's a
stock promoter, so it doesn't surprise me that he was pushing other
stocks... he did the same to me.

Mike Maddox at Alexader Wescott is much more informed about the
company, but even then there are some questions that he defers
to Ira.

The big issue here is whether or not everything is legit and the only
way we will all know for sure is when the 10K is filed. I believe the
lack of a 10K is the reason for the low price, not a lack of fundamentals.
It basically means any investor with an ounce of caution will wait till
the 10K is filed before investing. Myself, after speaking with these
people I believe they have a good thing here and have taken the
risk. It seems to me they have a lot more to lose by misrepresenting
themselves. That would not be the case if the business was a fake,
but since I have visited an office I know it's not.

Time will tell! :-) Personally I'm looking for people like you to come
running when the 10K is filed and give me a nice profit on my risk! :-)

Bought more today... I actually manage a small investment group and
FAMH is now our major holding.

I was planning to call the co. today also to find out their revenues since that hasn't been published anywhere I have checked. Also, how they calculated the EPS. A check of competitors in Yahoo reveals only a 2%-3% profit, however the EPS multiplier on the total shares outstanding ranges mostly from 25 to 35!

Cary, thanks for the DD. Also, found this from 56 thread.
I am glad you brought up those points and looked into those issues and showed your concern. Only time will tell. Once it becomes a reporting co. much less risk will be attached to the stock, but perhaps by then the price will be somewhat higher. Once again who knows. For me, its worth the risk, especially when I can buy a 5 thousand block of shares for 2k. Heck, if it drops to .20 I lose 1000 bucks , but if it goes to $3 sometime in the next year I make $13,000. (on a $2000 investment!) That is a good risk/reward ratio for me. For everyone it is different!

Thanks for the info and I hope you lurk, I posted in my post yesterday the same concern you did. Everything sounds JUST TOO GOOD. That makes me wary. But like I said in the paragraph above.. its worth a small risk.

Good luck,
Mark
