Generally speaking, I agree with you. The market tends to turn higher after the monthly employment numbers come out. However, it would be a heckuva lot easier for the buy signal to stay in place with a decent number.

Over the past 2 years, hiring has typically improved from October through April. It would be nice to see things get back on track with some better job creation.

Sounds like time to short bonds again. Usually I am not bullish until halloween.
