Rosemary, maybe the HDD market is telling tale of something about
NC(or whatever they are). If the corporate IT world is switching to
the network computing environment, then there is a lot of
redundant stuff to be removed/reduced from. Considerig software is
getting so HUGE and POWERFUL, it makes sense to move to client-server
setup.
