All, the Bid's inching up closer to $5.00 now--that's nice to see.

I'm looking forward to a great 1998 with FTEL, and I'm certain I know what it's gonna take to get our baby to move (namely, Real Revenues and the Street taking notice--although both of these events have begun to happen already, I'm quite sure). Still, this drying up of trading is a bit unusual, given our recent runup in volume.

Let's remember that the end-of-the-year is always an interesting trading time, as people and institutions do things for tax reasons they otherwise wouldn't (whether it be buy, sell, hold, whatever...). And in most years there's a nice January effect as well (remember Franklin in January of 1997?!?!).

Throw in various other wild cards (PRs Frank may have up his sleeve?), and who knows what could happen. As for me, I'm holding tight. Long and strong...

Shalom all
