I don't think that's the way it works, Ted. A NATO country picks a fight, and the rest of the gang has to back him up..

Clinton used NATO in Kososvo. As I recall, everyone had to agree beforehand, and commit to do this and that.

Yup..that's why I was upset...I just learned O arrived in @Denver 2pm....The stress of Libya, Syria, Turkey, etc and the upcoming jobs report and altitude changes? No wonder he looked so tired and preoccupied so often last nightt.
