<<I'd be fine with NATO and us supporting a mainly Turkish action. It's be a great way for Turkey to show it's value to NATO and the west.

I think the Turks can easily take Syria, even more so with NATO backup.>.

Me too.

This could actually turn out very well for Obama. Some coordinated Syrian action to erase those Benghazi headlines..

Uh........I'd rather this happened after the election. Wars are very unpredictable and now make the American public very nervous.

GREAT NEWS: Obama leads post-debate Colorado poll 47-43 + *

by Beauregard

Finally a real post-debate state level poll by a real pollster Ann Selzer. And it's GREAT news!

Obama up 47-43 overall. Up with Independents 48-31. No surprise 68-19 said Romney won debate.

Caveats are that Romney lead on economy 50-45 and of those who say economy is most important issue Romney leads 56-32. Not sure how to square that with the headline number since that would imply there are a lot of people for whom the economy is not the top issue which is surprising.

But overall this has to be considered GREAT news in what has been considered a tough state for Obama this cycle especially in the wake of the debate.
