The market and indivdual stocks tend to discount all news, prior to it's release. It would appear the stock price has already had it's pre-news run. I'm also having a tough time believing all the short shit. I just flat don't buy it. The stock price is not behaving like a stock price that's going to rise substantially on great news, if so the volume would be in the millions. Somethings fishy here and it's on this thread.
