We desperately need 8-10M jobs or 175-200k a month created the next term at minimum. Quite simple reverse the nightmare of the Bush policies once and for all tackling the real economy on all fronts here at home. Unfortunately until the MIC and the gilded elites lose control it will be same ole story in gridlock but with housing as a tailwind helping some.
