Jack Welch is full of shit with his assertions about the jobs numbers of 7.8%. Those guys can't rig those numbers and he has no evidence.

Let's just leave it at: Jack Welch is full of shit.

I am sure it is the housing boom. Many markets are doing well and the housing market hires tons of people! More than any other industry I think.

I agree........we have 8k apt units under construction here......up from 2k last year. And then there is the single family pickup.

Good lord don't say that on the RE Housing Crash board Koan<g>

Housing markets as well as submarkets withing markets move in waves but now it is the wind at out backs nationally compared to 2007-10. One day your market will probably crack hard while the ground zero markets of 2003-06 boom again also a net net positive as housing is most of the time..
