Contract announcement will not help, since most people know that IMRS has contracts and their billing rates. What IMRS needs to do is to show that investors will gain more than (the normal capital gain) by buying IMRS shares. If the y2k earnings are to explode in the next 2 years, IMRS will share part of the profits directly with shareholders via special dividends or preferred shares with special dividend, etc.
A large insider ownership may also be a problem since the insider controls the terms of a buyout. Ram
