Okay, two things... first, don't look at the e-mini, I trade only the big contract... secondly, the SP opened in the evening session of the 3rd, that's when the signal was triggered... it's all very legitimate and straight forward... and it's okay to be confused, every time this happens, which is not that often, someone asks me to explain the prior evening's opening to them... with the SP futures contract, the next day's session begins the evening before... so, the buy signal was confirmed on the 4th, but the signal was triggered as soon as the SP opened on the evening of the 3rd since it opened ABOVE 1435.00...
