What is ZPG Zero Population Growth? Seems to me the EPA didn't come up with these different and expensive gasoline forulations until the 1990's. In Southern California still tons of smog. I bet the air cleared up in San Fran long before the mid to late 90's.

At least in the SF Bay Area... was born here and I remember the 1960s how dirty the air was. I LOOKS much cleaner now with maybe 10x the people. I'd much prefer we limit growth to ZERO but the politicians need more people to get more taxes to spend... so they keep cramming us in and lowering the quality of life and the ONLY benefit we get is we're told to conserve so they can cram even more in... it sucks.

You ever notice the politicians don't talk about ZPG as a way to help "climate change?"
Haven't you had enough of Kalifornia. There are plenty of other states in the USA.

Take Washington State, it's not over crowded and has zero percent capital gains tax rates.
