Many important points summarize what this board is all about. Thanks for that. Folks should spread the world across the country your graph of the percentage change in federal expenditures under Obama versus prior presidents. The GOP set the high bar via the housing/credit MIC bubbles post 9/11. The labor force and GDP grew correspondingly. Any sharp austerity in conjunction with the financial crisis and household deleveraging would have lead to great depression 2.

As to me personally benefiting from total control by the GOP has nothing to do with tax rates on income as they want us all to think. Mine is a personal investment situation and tweeking the business model in the most volatile housing boom/bust state in the nation. I'd front load with leverage my RE portfolio in a Romney win in anticipation of loose credit conditions and another housing bubble sooner than we think.

Four Pant Loads for the following fallascious blather:

*The right will claim a super majority but that was only 7 weeks and when exactly have the democrats agreed on anything?

*They slam him for the spending yet he's spent less than any of his 7 predecessors.

*drastically reduced the money we have to pay for Bush Juniors out of control spending (two wars, med d, tax cut), but it's Obama's fault what was written onto the books before he got there

*actually do what he said he was going to do during his run for the Presidency

*He has lowered our taxes by the largest amount in history

*Affordable care act has stopped the increase of healthcare the past two years

*Woman have a better shot in the work place of getting equal pay

*The GDP positively by 9+% since taking office

*there isn't a hope in hell of anyone beating him on his record

*Romney had the greatest flip flopping record of any candidate in the history of American politics

*I predict a landslide by Obama and a good control of both houses

*he is suggesting the exact same policies of GWB

*we have this election locked

* the money you save by not going to 39% will be lost 10 fold if these jokers sail us into another financial tsunami.

Congrats, that's a World Record of Pant Loads!
