jack, at 24 months, just used his triple negative sentence, having graduated from double negative phrase and just used the word 'still', as in "is there still milk?" so far he listens to reasoning quite well and responds in alignment with his best interest he responds to his sister's "if you do that, then no more chocolate forever" particularly well, even better than he would when facing a choice of doing something / not some other thing or face confiscation of his blanket.
