I use the OMRON hand pump model. You squeeze the bulb to pump it up. If I were to buy today, I would buy an automatic model instead of a hand pump. Here are the ones AMAZON rates the best:

Omron is what I have -- the top model recommended by my Cardio is about $125 but other models work just as well but don't do as much (this one can store info on two people, gives a weekly average and does other stuff not totally necessary but nice). Next best brand is supposed to be Hometics.
