Mr Erickson holds well over 100 thousand shares today.

I called Dana Mueller, the CFO of Depotech. I have been trying not to bother her because I figure she is very busy, and she has helped out with key info for me in the past. She said that the form 4's can be very misleading and are best read by attorneys. She said that Mr. Erickson gifted some shares to some friends in the last couple years. She said that if, for example he has options on 50,000 shares at $1 per share, and 100,000 shares at $4, and he or somebody sells 20,000 shares at $1, the form 4 will only report what is remaining in that particlar lot--it would list his current holdings as 30,000 shares. She said he hasn't done ANY selling, but that he gave away some shares to somebody. She said this is an nonissue.

I conclude that he has not been doing any insider buying or any significant selling.

Best Regards,

Tom D
