Or used to pay off Campaign Co0ntributors and encourage larger contributions this year. Many of the big buck Stimulous Transfers were to high-risk Green gambles heavily invested by Obama Supporters which sunsequently went Bankrupt. That sure helped the economy. And our National Debt, since the monies were borrowed from China!!! It is all but a Direct Transfer to the Obama Campaign Coffers. They don't even try hard to hide the fact!!
