Don, If you spend too much time on Gov't. statistics I fear you will become a very sad person. They are volatile, and invariably revised to death. Certainly over analyzed. The logic that says slower growth (less new jobs etc.) is the logic needed to explain and confirm the "New Paradigm Economy". It can get weaker and weaker before the genius's start to figure out that slow growth leads to slower growth, leads to recession, and maybe ain't something to jump up and down about. And that maybe the "New Paradigm" was just more end of cycle hoohah. Dwight
