Michael: Thanks for your input. I, too, am skeptical of the wording in the Cognicase 'contract' announcement. But, it does seem to be having an effect on their stock price, doesn't it?

From your text ...

>>The company <AGISS> is currently preparing to send some equipment to ConSyGen so that the toolset can be loaded and returned to AGISS.<<

Doesn't it strike you as odd that expensive equipment would be shipped to CSGI for them to load the toolset on, and then ship the loaded equipment back to AGISS? It seems to me that the less expensive and much safer process would be to send the software to AGISS and have someone install it there.

Other than that, I concur with the points in your post. Particularly, the comments about delayed contract signings. We're about to see some wild and crazy times. Wheee!

Michael, thank you for your response, are you saying that AGISS also has a contract with the Canadian Gov. ? Moreover, are you saying that the code from such a contract would be converted using the ConSyGen toolset ?

What about the 100,000 shares that IRA registered in the S-1 filing ?

1. who controls those shares ?

2. where they given to IRA for services rendered or purchased by IRA ?

3. Would IRA consider selling those shares at current price levels ?

Thank you.
