One of the dieting techniques I read about includes eating the biggest meal of the day at breakfast. I usually have an 8 oz shake around 6 am to help my medications go down. Then around 10 is either a large shake or omelette or such. Then a sandwich or salad or soup for lunch. Then a small dinner and later an 8 oz shake with my night-time meds.

I am sure that has helped my diet tremendously and also kept my blood sugar in check.
