Restaurants are hammered by ACA -- likely the most devastated single industry, as they commonly employ in the range of 50-60 employees, most of whom are marginally skilled workers and who, in many instances, don't have any huge commitment to their jobs.

One more scheduling problem for them isn't going to be a huge issue. Restaurant managers already spend a lot of time with scheduling issues, and will be more of a pain, but they can adjust.

I would really like to see this come out in the next debate because there is no doubt this legislation kills jobs.
