Unless his specific tax cuts are matched with specific spending cuts and tax loophole closures, it's just a cloud of vapor BS that those who want to hear a magic formula will lap up and defend, not knowing or caring that when the final legislation is passed under Romney and a Republican Congress, they won't even come close to paying for it. Just like the last time we let the Reps be in charge of everything. Some people are oblivious to learning curves. Or maybe I should say impervious since they just never change.
