Dear Mr Miller,

Lighten up. It's not worth getting upset at these people. They will all learn their lessons in due time.

Great posts.

GOLDIGER.

You are so full of crap with heresay info from the worst sources--brokers. BCMD is not on the verge of bankrupcy. They will not have to do a reverse split just because it is currently selling below $1 because of market cap and asset base.

Since BCMD is not marginable--where in the hell do you think your broker is going to borrow shares from to short?? You are a fool.

Reg S is a totally different scenerio--you are comparing apples to oranges. Reg S has to go to overseas investors over which SEC has no control. One of the problems with Reg S deals that the SEC has tried to correct--without much success--is the illegal shorting of the restricted stock prior to lifting of restriction. This only happens with Reg S stock or convertible debs.--neither of which BCMD currently has out.

Your only source is retail brokers--what a laugh--believe the "mushrooms"
