Yes, that is the official "raise taxes even more on the rich" plan.

However, I don't think this comes close to solving the problem of contributing for 30 years and collecting for several hundred.

Bottom line. Liberals and the Democrats have no plan and don't want to talk about it.

What happened to the A(lternative)M(inimum)T(ax)? It still seems to appear on my 1040. It's intent was to deal with those oh so cleaver rich folks with oh so clever tax deductions. Guess they grew smarter than our increasingly dumb congress.
