RCP like the House of Raz leans right.....always has. Have to consider the source. How can they lean anywhere, it's just a compilation of data??? Its the data they choose to compile. Some polls are neutral, some lean left and some lean right. Then there are the polls that are way out there and are considered outliers. RCP includes outlier rightwing polls that other sites would not include. For an example, Allan West in FL is running a close race with Murphy. They are usually within a few points of each other. Yesterday, some pollster dropped a poll that showed West up by 18 pts.That's an outlier and would skew all the other polls right if included. Its very likely RCP would include such a poll.
