You spend so much time in the world of the absurd. And I know you right wing folks don't think social science is a real science, which is why you always screw up so badly when you try to govern. You don't even know there is knowledge out there that will help you make better decisions when you govern.

I suppose all the statistics social scientists must take is not science? Knowing how political, social and economic systems work is not necessary. Knowing how much head start helps kids later in life (using statistics) is not science.

You cannot call a person a socialist in a democracy because the people vote for the type/mix of capitalism/taxes and government involvement they want. Every western democracy is simply a combination of capitalism and socialism (welfare state), but no western democracy is called a socialist state.

In a dictatorship you can have socialism, as you can force it. And we all know It doesn't work.

First, there is not such thing as socialism in a democracy. As a scientist you should know that!

I think that I would rather agree with this statement:

A social-scientist is not really scientist.
