I had a twitter account. I may still have a twitter account. But I found that it was mostly just noise. Maybe I wasn't using it right, but there was nothing about it that appealed to me. I'm not an expert on the topic, I just didn't like it. I believe that twitter is another fad that will go away in a couple of years. I don't know what to tell you about California. It's salvageable, but only if drastic changes are made now...and I don't see that happening. There isn't enough pain yet.
