Romney, just saying whatever wants to be heard, at the time, with total conviction and sincerity. Americans buy used cars from the lesser of his ilk every day. This is the first I'd heard that he wants to build 15 new Navy ships a year, including 3 submarines! Maybe we can sell the used one's to China! They just bought a 1990's Ukrainian aircraft carrier, but don't have any planes that can land on it yet. Our greatest geopolitical enemy (according to Romney), Russia, pretty much keeps their entire old Soviet Navy mothballed all the time now. At least, the part they decided to keep.
