I agree with you. We need good regulations and laws. But no good regulation or law does us any darned bit of good if we have a President that refuses to do his job and prosecute the laws on the books with vigor. We don't have laws so that the President can decide when is convenient for him to prosecute. Laws are expected to be followed and if not, then our AGs and DoJ should get after the criminals asap. In this area, Obama and Holder have been unconscionably derelict in their duty as leaders within the Executive Branch.

We need Govt. and regulations in the same way we need referees and officials to oversee our sports games.
No one is arguing for the complete elimination of government regulations.

This is the same straw man that liberals love to argue against whenever conservatives call for limited government.
