ALL Here's Jack Arnold's answer to some of our questions, I got his Ok to post it: "Dear Michael, in answer to your question regarding my share position, I am not a significant shareholder (less than 3%). I stand to benefit primarily, though not substantially, from company value based upon a successful merger taking place. Regarding what the shareholders you communicate with can do, I would like to see only truthful, confirmed information which has been authorized and released by us discussed on the internet. Though I cannot control this, undue speculation, positive or negative, does not provide a clear picture.
