for my part, what sounds complicated is a waste of time, (and maybe the reason why SP is down) so...
i bought a nice little block yesterday on that simple thinking of mine:
"even if the stock goes down to the abyss, even if the ipo fails, when Spa is granted, we're back to 3-5 dollars a share. What's the price now? 0.60? ok i'm buying some shares"

assumption: Spa granted.

I haven't looked at this thread for months, watching my investment heads toward bankruptcy. Now, as suspected, I see tons more dilution after a shill from Maxim calls me with a laughable request. Throw more money at a company with infuriatingly overpaid people who've still failed to bring a product to market...you've got to be kidding. I got in near $4., have lost over 80% of my investment. Mr. Market is laughing at this offer and the stock continues down. This offer will screw long term shareholders and just let management keep getting fat salaries and options until they say say.."oops, we've run out of money for more studies."

Management has had a great ride at our expense and still not got a med approved for people with cancer.
