Laron: So what you are saying that when and if the TA gets off their duff and retires an additional 11.8 million shares then EUTO trading will halt. According to Alan's figures we as the investment group Shortbusters have about 16 million shares in certificate form. So here's the math: Approx 12 million shares that still needs to be retired by TA Approx 13 million shares in float ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------t Approx 25 million total Approx 16 million shares held in cert form by Shortbusters ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Approx 9 million shares away from "D" Day Is this true??? I hope this is not a repeat question: Issue #3) Brad said that "approximately 10M" shares are held by insiders. Obviously the fewer shares held by them, the more shares we need. The issue here is that I'd prefer a more thorough accounting of these 10M shares. Are these 10M "insider" shares in cert form? In addition to, as Alan said, knowing PERIOD if the 50M shares owned by the 4 other companies are in cert form, these (issue #3) 10M are a big factor also and their status (restricted, cert form ?) also needs to be known. Thanks.
