Hi John, Your post makes a lot of sense. The timing might not be right for the next three months to short QCOM since there are upcoming events which will give publicities to QCOM. And who knows that after closing almost 71, the board of directors are thinking of a split? After such announcement, then possibly shorting QCOM (against the box) might pull a few points. Shorting againts the box is a tax loophole. Do you know whether Congress eliminated that provision in the current changes in the tax law? Thanks for your wisdom. PAL
