Bonds got a nice one already from 1.75% back to 1.68% today. It could rally further so everyone can make 5 or 10 bp's on their positions before dumping the positions for a quick profit.

In the meantime, I'm encouraged to see the market flush out some of the QE garbage this week. Market needs to climb the QE rally again to see what's real or not.

Gross keeps reducing his position in Treasuries. I wonder how he's doing with his mortgage bonds, which have been getting crushed the past couple days. mREIT's are down almost 10% in the past few weeks. I think they are getting into pretty good support areas today.

October has a way of destroying premiums in CEF's and mREIT's in a hurry. The sell offs are usually so violent they set up nice trades.
