What if there is more than one unit? Maybe 16 and 32 gig, in both wifi only and 3/4g? Then maybe the 16 gig wifi only might work at a starting price point of $249. Also might explain why they needed to build 10 million units for the release (if true). We'll find out if and when the thing is released, I suppose. Apple does have the advantage over its competitors, in terms of component costs, given their leverage with suppliers. They might be able to sell a $249 tablet profitably. Depending on specs.
