And Craig was saying that I was picky to him and COMS won't hit 38 until Feb, 98.

I believe $50 is a fair price of COMS within 3 months but given the recent concerns, it will definitely take some times for COMS to return to "fair price". Dust is not settled until we have more info from the cc after earning release.

Actually what I said was COMS wouldn't CLOSE above 38, not "get over" 38. I said COMS wouldn't break 40 intra-day.

Since COMS closed at 38 3/8 I will now eat some crow and concede this battle to the longs.

Fortunately for me one battle doesn't make a war...
