Kenneth, pay attention. More Dems voted that down than GOP! Get your facts straight. Besides, when the DOS spend $110,000 for some silly Green Project in Vienna and whines they needed more money in Libya, they are totally incompetent. Besides, did they go to Congress and ask fo more money? Did they move some of the $400M from Iraq? Did they keep one of the dozens of planes based in Iraq in Libya as requested? Do you think the argument that Libya had adequate Commercial Air so needed no DOS Plane, when Iraq did (and Iraq has no more viable air than Iraq?)? I give 5 Pant Loads to everything the WH and DOS is foisting off on the American People...
