Since Robertson Stevens Funds are the largest shareholders(5 of their funds) all I can think off is that perhaps they are selling some........just a speculation......

Dale, there are some big sales going through...17 1/8 bid was just hit for 10,000 shares when its 17 3/16th bid...the DOW is up over 150 points and someone is using this market strength to sell CDRD.....they are dumping alot of large blocks and they are almost ALL sells as is clear due to the trading going on through the bid .....stock seems to have stabilized at this point but lets wait for the close and see if the seller steps back in....so far volume is heavy at over 700,000 shares.........;^)
