I just can't make a case for COMS at 8X. In case you didn't notice from the last Del Oro report COMS posted admirable gains. One could even wonder the value to COMS of the RAS part of the business. jhild, The Dell'Oro report to which you are referring is the thrid quarter of 97. COMS x2 was operational whereas, 56K Flex was not. I believe you will see a shift in the 4th quarter with ASND getting back to where they were as far as market share is concerned. The 56 Flex now does work. The market share loss to ASND is really due to Rockwell. Glenn
