So far I haven't needed one gun, let alone an extra one. Nor an extra blood vein. Nor have I come across anyone who has done - oh, yes I have = veins for heart operations [I know a couple]. Maybe I missed your points. I took it you mean this technology: en.wikipedia.org It's certainly good for the things it's good for. I don't see how you put your foot in your mouth, or me if that's what you mean.
