The way it looks right now, the market quickly gave back the QE2 rally to focus on weak earnings outlook for the quarter. Macro data is improving for the economy this fall, at least in the US. Global rate cuts should be done for the remainder of the year. That could be bullish for higher bond yields going into the end of the year.

The pullback has regenerated better yield support for the DOW this week, as funds burn up more gains for year end tax balancing.
